Does Jabber use the TOC protocol? If so, does the Jabber server/AIM Transport implement an algorithm to defeat AOL's 'rate-limiters' on their AIM service? If so, is there a doc that explains how the AIM transport works (ex. for each Jabber user is a separate connection opened to the AIM network)?
Thanks in advance,
Rashad Moore
