As a client developer,  it takes time to develop a good client. What is
frustrating is that we don't see Jabber users taking time to tell us what
issues are there with our client. For our client Vista, few folks drop us an
email to tell us what the issues are.

Unless a direct two way conversation develops, I don't see this problem
getting resolved.
