In today's Jabber Software Foundation discussion (you can view the log at http://www.jabber.org/chatbot/logs/conference.jabber.org/foundation/2002-04-17.html), we decided to create a new mailing list for ongoing discussion of the ownership, status, and administration of the Jabber trademark. Why a separate list? Because the trademark issue is of interest to people outside the JSF membership, but we had been discussing it only on the members list, which seemed exclusionary. Therefore, to follow the trademark discussion you will need to sign up for the TM list:
