This is not exactly something that belongs in JDEV. Your comments relate
to a specific implementation of the Jabber protocol. More than likely, you
should post your comments on the jabberd mailing list. You should be able
to find this from http://jabberd.jabberstudio.org/.

Your comments will be more relevant there.

FYI- JEPs are for protocol changes, and are not related to specific
implementations of the protocol.
