I pulled jadc2s from JabberStudio CVS today, and see it has changed since I last looked at it. The default authreg is db, but I don't have db.h on my system, so I enabled authreg-anon. What is being done anonymously by this method? What do I need to install to get the db version to compile. Looking at the ldap authreg, there will be some unmet dependencies there too (lber.h and ldap.h). Any suggestions on how to meet those if I decide to go with ldap? Last, when I run it, I get a segfault with a core dump, the logfile is zero bytes. There doesn't appear to be a debug mode like in jabberd. Any ideas what might cause a segfault in the early startup stages?
On linux, it compiles a runs, but I can't authenticate to my server using either anon or db. Is jadc2s rejecting my authentication? I thought it was just supposed to be a transparent connection manager. Can I disable it's authreg functions? -- Justin Georgeson UnBound Technologies, Inc. http://www.unboundtech.com Main 713.329.9330 Fax 713.460.4051 Mobile 512.789.1962 5295 Hollister Road Houston, TX 77040 Real Applications using Real Wireless Intelligence(tm) _______________________________________________ jdev mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://mailman.jabber.org/listinfo/jdev
