Grettings Jabber Developers, This morning we announced the availability of a beta version of our .NET Jabber SDK. Since I hate long emails, I'll just link you over to the site: http://www.winfessor.com/press.asp. Over the next few months we will be adding many new and exciting features to the libraries which will greatly simplfy Jabber development for the .NET developer. Feel free to download the beta, test it out, and provide us with your feedback. We will be adding an open discussion Forum to the main site as well as continually updating and improving upon the help section.
In the help section you will find samples and documentation on the most common Jabber tasks and how they can be implemented using our libraries. You can directly access the help at http://www.winfessor.com/jabber/help. Although this is a beta release, our SDK has been thorougly unit tested against both TIMP and the Open Source Jabber servers using our extensive testing library. Of course there will be bugs and a beta should never be used in a production environment, but we feel confident that it is very usable. We will be releasing updated builds on a regular schedule. We look forward to being a part of making Jabber the #1 instant messaging protocol.
