hello krishnan

at present how much i know jabber is not offering blocking a user. i want to impliment this. i have seen some documents on jabber site that using jabber:iq:privacy site - http://www.jabber.org/jeps/jep-0016.html

i want to impliment this but i dont know where to add name space for this. actually till now i was working on client, now my client is almost complete so i would like to work on server now.
