[JDEV] New Jabber ICQ Transport

Hi

I have written Jabber ICQ Transport (JIT) based on libicq2000 and modified jabber 1.4.2. JIT is:
- very fast
- stable
- has stats
- works in threaded environment and on multi-processor platforms
- supports SMS sending/reciving
- messages, presences and search for users

I'm looking for people who wish to develop my ICQ transport and use it.
