Components do not connect to port 5222, thought bots might. Everything that connects via port 5222 is considered a client. > And if you use a "Jadc2s" for polling, only one connection is visible for all > clients. I have never used Jadc2s, so I'm not sure about this, but it seems to me that there have to be incoming tcp connections to port 5222 at one point. And these can be counted as I described. > I'm looking for a way to obtain info from the Jabberd himself. There's also JEP-0039, a protocol proposal for Statistics Gathering, but I don't if there are implementations of it. -- Groetjes, Ralphm _______________________________________________ jdev mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://mailman.jabber.org/listinfo/jdev
