Hmm this sounds weird and new to me.

I have +1000 concurrent users on a FreeBSD 5.0 platform running
jabberd14 from cvs latest snapshot with latest xdb_sql cvs snapshot - no
problems with perfomance hereunder memory leaks.

!!?!

Jabber is running with uptimes as long there is between my config
changes - that is 2-3 weeks. The machine with an uptime of a couple of
months.

Comments from any sunos or windows admins - does your jabber memory
leak?

Best regards,
Bernino Lind

Subject: [JDEV] Jabberd 1.4.2 More Memory Leaks !

Hi All,

Try to login continuously without logout. The memory leak is
significant.
Is there anyone else noticed this bug ?

I've tried this with Jabberd 1.4.2 and also with Jabberd14 from CVS .
The result is same for both. Also for both setup I've used XDB_SQL.

Is there any fix/patch available for this ?

Thanks
Asif Ahsan
