[JDEV] SMS Transport

Just wrote an SMS transport using my employers SOAP SMS gateway, excellent 
:)  now to get SMS replies coming back to Jabber, and support for 
mobile-originate messages.

I'm thinking of some funky authentication/presence validation from the 
phone as well, so that a user can say "no, dont let him keep my phone 
number around".

Excellent :)  Time for a drink I say...
