[JDEV] developers available for jabber project?

hi all

forgive me for posting off topic, but i have a jabber project

that i'm starting and funding personally, and i'm desperately

looking for some jabber developers who have good availability

*right now* for a few months, and who can guide me through

a few semi-technical issues that i have.. i am a programmer

myself, but not good enough to pull *this* off :-)
