There are not many phones that understand H323 and SIP neither.
When SDP is used inside XMPP it whould be easy to make gateway to SIP.
And I think we may get RTP proxy compontent for Jabber server sooner,
that a good SIP or H323 proxy which will work well with NAT.

And what we need most now is not talking to phone from Jabber client,
but voice conversation between two Jabber clients without being limited
by eg. NAT or special software requirement (I was looking for free SIP
client for Windows and I haven't found any good one).
