Anyone who can give me a tip howto make cvs version of jabberd 2 behave
when trying to create a configure script?
I suppose one needs to run autoconf in order to get the makefile/configure
script - however this is what I get:

If this token and others are legitimate, please use m4_pattern_allow.

And the configure script makes some Makefile which not useable.
