[JDEV] jsm modules

Hi guys, I am somewhat a n00b at this, how do I go about writing a plugin 
for jabber, similar to bandersnatch bit tailored for my database and my 
program!

Doesn't really matter what language I have to use, I am a novice at most of 
them anyway :)
