[JDEV] Recent Yahoo transport patch

Please feel free to apply this patch against Yahoo transport 2.2 and 
2.3. It works in both cases. As soon as the CVS on jabberstudio.org is 
fixed, I will create a release, 2.3.1, including this patch.
