Those are binary builds, not source.

So in this case the Jabber Open Source License applies to the binaries and header files? From the page:

I figured the sources would be in CVS, but you're right; they're not. Then why on earth is there a (likely not finished?) windows port that *is* in CVS? http://www.jabberstudio.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/jecl-win/

Or is this an entirely seperate project that just aims/aimed for API compatibility?
