Especially the first one was unknown to me. I checked the wiki two minutes ago and found something else which was hidden quite deep, a VoIP-muc approach ....
I know users will find FAQs helpful, a better link at the front page to userdocu could answer many questions - the roster question has been asked almost a hundred times this year ...
