If any client developers are interested in adding support for the
experimental JEP-0127, there is a jid ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) that will
broadcast a sample CAP alert to a list of JID's. Currently the jid only
supports stanzas of the form:
<message from='[EMAIL PROTECTED]'
to='[EMAIL PROTECTED]'
id='KSTO1055887203'>
<alert xmlns='http://www.incident.com/cap/1.0'>
...
</message>
The JID will send a CAP alert to its subscribed list every 3 minutes. If you
are interested in testing out your client implementation, please send me
your JID and I will add it to the subscription list.
