To me, that stanza means "Send the message 'test', and cancel the 'composing'
event."
It looks valid according to the JEP, but Tkabber might be getting confused
since the whole <x/> is somewhat extraneous. It has probably discovered the
<x/> and is ignoring the <body/> as a result. I would expect a client to
account for this possibility as well as a component to not send it. :-)
