You don't need to merge the schemas. In fact, you _can't_ merge two schemas
which are in different namespaces. The W3C XML Schema format doesn't permit
it. RELAX-NG can, though.
What are you trying to do, exactly? If you need to strictly validate a stream
against these three schemas, then the right thing to do is just to map each
namespace to its respective schema... using all the appropriate schemas for
validation.
