Is SSL_RSA_WITH_3DES_EDE_CBC_SHA the same as TLS_RSA_WITH_3DES_EDE_CBC_SHA?
SSL 3 and TLS 1 (both the "latest and greatest" versions, afaik) are nearly the same, yes. TLS is the successor to SSL, but in this regard I guess one can answer your question with "yes".
