The RFC3920 says that "The RECOMMENDED port for connections between servers is 5269". Should the same port (eg. 5269) be used for TLS s2s communication and Server Dialback?
Yes, because TLS negotiation takes place after the initial s2s stream is established.
When doing Server Dialback, which port should the Receiving Server connect to for establishing a connection to the Authoritative Server?
The same port it would use for initiating a connection, which could be 5269 but could be something else defined in an _xmpp-server._tcp dns SRV record. An existing connection can also be used for dialback.
