I believe the way those company CA packages work is that you have to get every certificate 'Ok'd' by your root CA. I'm pretty sure you can't just up and create any cert (CA or otherwise) and call it globally valid. But if you have details, do share. In any case, what I'm talking about is WebTrust, which is not digital. It's an evaluation of your organization by accountants.
