It is up to the client to support specific payload embedded into
pubsub packet.
I do not know precisely what kind of pubsub support has Psi already
included into the client. Note the a new version of Psi is soon to
be release and it could improve the pubsub support in several ways
(maybe on the avatar support side).
I'm afraid the imminent version of Psi won't support pubsub, nor the
subsequent interim Qt4 release that follows it but it's currently
slated for the release after that :)
