No. If you try, rate-limiting (karma) will prevent you from doing so.
If you try again, we'll delete your account. :-) If you need to store
that much data, use WebDAV or your own file server...
Or better yet, use your own Jabber server. Setting up something like ejabberd
or Jive is a relatively simple task, and then _you_ have control of the karma
settings. :-)
Still, maybe 10MB is actually a bit much...
