Component connections, in the sense of JEP-0114 (Jabber Component Protocol), are not managed by a session manager like client connections. They don't have rosters, so you must do your own presence book-keeping. Furthermore, you must use explicit addressing (both 'to' and 'from') everywhere, as explained in the JEP. -- Groetjes, ralphm
