[jdev] initial set up request

I have a few questions regarding the live chat. Considering using this within a poker room and wondering if it would work well in that scenario. If so, I would like to hire someone to set it up to automatically register new players at sign up with their user names. I also will need to add the existing players names to it so they can use it freely.
