CJC does that. I assumed the non-DataForms registration form is obsolete
and should only be used with legacy systems, that do not provide
registration Data Form. The legacy form is translated into a Data Form,
and back internally anyway. Of course, in case of the legacy form, only
the fields defined in JEP-77 are supported.
