Yes. Wildfire does support SASL anonymous. And you may build a web client using the Smack library that also has support for SASL anonymous (and non-sasl anonymous too though I guess there is no standard for this so it may only work with Wildfire).

amongst others, don't ejabberd and wildfire support sasl anonymous?
