Well, not necessarily. If someone did make a Gaim transport, it would be able
to run as many accounts as Gaim can. The main reason the current transports
only permit one registration per transport is due to the JID conversion
convention they have chosen to use.
But you could imagine something like either [EMAIL PROTECTED],
[EMAIL PROTECTED], .... or move the 1 to basically anywhere else.
Perhaps it could be encoded into the node even.
There was someone developing a Gaim transport a while back, but after a week
or so nobody ever heard from them again.
