My question is: how does the server/service tell whether this is a room
creation request, or a directed presence request as described in rfc3921
5.1.4 or am I totally off?
- If macbeth.shakespeare.lit is an account server, then it's a
directed presence.
- If macbeth.shakespeare.lit is a conference server, then it's a room
create/join request.
