This is currently possible by setting up a "Privacy rule" allowing in/out 
presence from/to group "Mobile Contacts" and loading it from the mobile IM 
client right after connection.

Also, I *think* (as in "I'm not sure") that, if you block incoming messages, 
they might get stored on the server and delivered when the "block incoming 
message" rule is not loaded - is this behaviour standardized somewhere? (I 
believe I might be inventing it). If this doesn't happen, maybe the server 
could implement something for turning on archiving of blocked messages.
