I've actually been doing some live video feed stuff with delphi using
webcam as a source. Interesting how it all works.
There are some capture libraries on some of the open source sites like
tory.net which can do the capture. I could only find dpk files, and
not the source for a camtasia like capture.
Delphi is very good at this sort of thing.
Really depends what your budget is.
