I'm working on an AIM Buddy List Import feature for a client. I have
already connected to a jabber server, but I'm not getting anybody
in my
roster list other than myself with a username of null.
On the other hand, when connecting to Jabber as a yahoo account, I
get my
buddy list in my yahoo account as my roster list.
First, why is this?
Second, how can I get access to my AIM Buddy List from the server?
What
do I need to send it?
I don't really know the answer, but which AIM transport are you using?
I think the import of AIM Bubby List should have been performed at
the transport or Jabber server, not at the client.
