Another similar sulution could  be using SASL-Anonymous and then
registering with an XMPP-TO-XMPP gateway using the real jid.
Using standard gateways it's a bit messy, but we can find someway to
speed up registration and login. The only problem is that your
credentials must pass through the relay server
