Our Jabber server (jabberd14 code base) has been running on our IPv6 network for over 4 years without any problems. We use IPv6 on the client side (c2s), we're also running tranports/services that are connected to the main service over IPv6 and we establish quite some s2s connections over IPv6 too. Next to Jabber/XMPP, I'm already using so much services over IPv6 that if IPv4 drops dead (DHCP issues), I don't even notice until I try to browse the web.
