Some clients just doesn't have any menu option for connecting to a MUC. Coccinella could connect to a remote MUC (in another domain) while getting an invitation, but it was impossible in the menu system. What do you mean with "impossible in the menu system"? Do you mean creating a chatroom? If so, you are seeing a usability issue only as you can connect to remote MUC services. Just open the Discover Server dialog first and enter the server with the MUC component you want to use. Wait until discovery is finished and then click the create chatroom option again. You now will also see all MUC components of the added server in the list.Well, I did not find that. Thanks. I personally think that if a person wants to connect to a chatroom, it's not very easy to understand that you have to discover a server first. You just want to connect to the URI.
If someone provides a URI.Now, I think that we need better ways to discover rooms and services on the network, but it's not the client's fault that we haven't built those better ways yet.
