Hi, We have a XMPP/Jabber API and we want to provide an iPhone App that will support Apple's push notification : the user's will receive notification on their devices when without needing to reload a web page or to start our application.
Apple's push service seems to be based on HTTP messages : the external service sends an HTTP message like this : "AppleAppKey, Iphone ID, message" to their server. Their server then forwards the message to the right iPhone. My question is rather simple : how to interface our Jabber API with Apple's HTTP system? -- Julien Genestoux [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.ouvre-boite.com Notifixious : http://tinyurl.com/notifixious +1 (415) 254 7340 +33 (0)8 70 44 76 29
