Hey Ricky, You would need to create a PacketInterceptor that will change the TO address of the Messages you want to redirect. Your PacketInterceptor will address the intercepted Messages to your component (internal or external) and by possibly using an extension that you added to the Message you can keep the original target user so that the component could know what to do with the packet.
