Prosody shall also be taking part. I can set up a server, probably

If you want to kick off the list of DNS entries required, we would
want a SRV to dev.prosody.im and ports 5322/5369 for c2s/s2s
respectively. Special ports required because I run 3-4 Prosody
instances on the same server :)
Some time ago I did a test on an oddball port and found that some
servers appeared unable to connect. Might be something worth trying.
