By way of keeping folks informed (and not as any form of excuse) I have been offline for the last 2 weeks dealing with a very bad flu so I apologize if you have emailed me about the upcoming Summit and I haven't responded.
I will be going thru my backlog of emails and also meeting with the other folks who are organizing the Summit to make sure we are all working from the same notes going forward.
