Not that I'm involved in updating the list, nor do I know if there are
specific criteria for being added, but I'd be interested an answer to
the questions that Kev raised previously about the supposed
fully-automated setup of end-to-end encryption.
How are the PGP public keys exchanged in a "fully automatic" manner?
