Hi everyone,
I'm developing an online customer service system, because the customer
need to know the visitor's status (in jabber,that is presence type:
chat/away...), owning to reduce the steps in the whole process, so, I want to
achieve a way that the visitor will automatically accept subscribe request from
customer , how do that? Or there is a better way to achieve this purpose?
