There are a few different levels of certification...

www.jcert.org shows the roadmap...
first you take the SUN Java Programmer exam, then a
UML/design exam and an app server exam (WebSphere
Studio/App Server) to get the Solution Developer
certification.  Afterwards you take the Advanced exam
and a JDBC connectivity exam to get Enterprise
Developer certification.

Sorry I wasn't clear before;  I only took the 1st
WebSphere exam when it was Version 3.0 and it covered
Servlets/JSPs/etc.  The EJB's aren't covered until the
Advanced exam.
