Hi,   on the DB2 server you will have a directory SQLLIB/java which contains db2java.zip. A type IV? What are you connecting to? If it is an AS/400 (or similar), you might be able to use the one that is installed with ClientExpress (via ODBC). Or, you could try http://www-3.ibm.com/software/ad/vajava/etoolkit/about/#toolbox.
