Hi Barzilai, 

I don't have direct experience of this, but when I installed JBuilder 7 on Win2k I 
seem to remember reading somewhere that it is recommended that you only run JBuilder 
itself against 1.3.x JDKs. Of course, you can still configure JDK 1.4.0 within 
JBuilder to compile/run your apps against, from Tools | Configure JDKs. Isn't this 
what you really want?

Sorry I can't be more specific - I can't now find the source of the above info.
