When I started developing with Weblogic's evaluation software there were
lots of resources available from Weblogic on everything.  Either it was
installed or available on the BEA website.  I think what is happening is
that the experienced people do not understand why this not the case for
some newbies.  Maybe their 'handlers' don't give them access to everything
or something else.  A little humor among the developers who frequent this
group and usually provide very good responses questions posed as long as it
looks like the person asking has done some work on his own.

When someone asks a question about a WebLogic workbook he is admonished
for asking a non-java question whereas I see so many emails on the Scots
and their clothing. Talk about double standards...
