Very short time out in HTTP session under WebLogic

Dear all
We are woking with weblogic 7.0, and we have a problem with
the duration of the session.The main problem that the timeout of
the HTTP session is very short (something like 30 sec), which means
that it is imposible to work: every time that we open a new window,
we are requested to re-login again and again.
What is more strange, is that it does not happens all the time:
1 out of 10 it will work fine.
Maybe someone has some experience about it?
