Saikat,

Seems like people are discouraged from using the stuff in the sun.misc
package since the package is not officially part of the JDK. In any case,
although a little dated, there is little blurb on the two classes in the
O'Reilly Java Cryptography book.

Subject: [jdjlist] sun.misc.BASE64Encoder and sun.misc.BASE64Decoder

Hello List,

I got braindead, trying to find the javadocs/API/tutorial for sun.misc
packages.
Can anyone please help.

Please note that I have googled it, wrote a new class in my local machine
importing the BASE64Encoder class, and it compiled fine, which means the
classes are jarred.

But I am trying to find a book or SOME kind of tutorial.

Thanks,
Saikat
